These terms apply when you use ManaLadder — a platform for Magic clubs' tournaments. By creating an account or using the platform, you accept the terms. How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy.
ManaLadder lets clubs and organizers run tournaments: registrations, pairings, results, standings and rating. The service is free and provided as is.
You must provide correct information when creating an account, and you are responsible for what happens through your account. Keep your password to yourself, and contact us if you think someone else has gained access to it.
You keep the rights to photos and text you upload, but you allow ManaLadder to show them on the platform under the applicable visibility rules. Only upload content you have the right to share. The organizer can remove content from their tournaments.
Use the platform for what it is made for. Cheating with results or rating, harassing other players, misusing other people's accounts and attempting to bypass the platform's security are not allowed.
ManaLadder is unofficial fan content and is neither endorsed by nor affiliated with Wizards of the Coast. Magic: The Gathering and all related names, symbols and images belong to Wizards of the Coast.
We strive to keep the platform available and working, but we do not guarantee it, and features may change or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, ManaLadder is not liable for losses arising from use of the platform.
You can delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break the terms. Results from played tournaments may remain in anonymized form, because they are also the other players' history.
We may update the terms as the platform evolves. Significant changes are announced on the platform, and the date at the top always shows the latest version.
Questions about the terms go to kontakt (at) manaladder.eu.
